SPRINT INTO SUMMER – WITH A BUDDY – CHALLENGE
A 28-DAY, TWO-PERSON TEAM CHALLENGE

We’re bringing back the 4-week (28-day) challenge for the month of May. This time, we’re making it a team event. Team up with a friend or request a partner and make a new friend. Over the next 28-days you will be focusing on fitness and nutrition to get ready for summer.

CHALLENGE BENEFITS?

Our 28-day challenge is a proven way to create more intensity around your fitness and nutrition program. New habits are formed in 21-29 days, with noticeable results. This challenge will help you build a routine by taking a minimum of three kickboxing classes each week. Yes, our Zoom and Video On-Demand classes do count as well!

Everyone’s goals are different, so it starts with us helping you define yours. If it is better fitting clothes, this is your chance to see a reduction in fat (body, subcutaneous & visceral) and an increase in skeletal muscle. If it’s toning, then we’ll focus on strength. If it’s having fun and connecting with people, and scoring a cool award pin, this is your challenge!

WHAT WILL YOU RECEIVE?

  • Nutritional Content, Selected Educational Podcasts, Meal Plans, Meal Prepping Advice & More
  • Support from our coaches and other challengers
  • Private Challenger Class during May 21st & 22nd

REQUIREMENTS TO GET THE AWARD PIN
  1. Complete a minimum of 12 classes between May 2nd and May 29th, this guarantees you to make the honor roll.
  2. Weigh in the first week and out once the challenge has ended.
  3. Post a finisher post in the BestHour VIP Group.

That’s it, everything else discussed in the Challenger Group will be optional things you can do to maximize your results for those of you who are ON FIRE to tune up before summer!

Anyone can do this challenge. We’ll find you a partner, just ask any instructor or post a comment on this post that you are looking for a partner. REGISTRATION IS OPEN NOW THRU MAY 4TH, 2022.
