We started Kent on March 1st, 2019 and it quickly became a popular fitness community for the Kent community. Located next to BBQ Pete’s at the corner of 212th and West Valley Hwy, Kent is equipped with a team of experienced trainers and tools required to help you gain your fitness goal.
We started this studio with our seasoned trainers, and they have, by now, helped hundreds of people in attaining their fitness goal. It took us 4 years to create and personalize our High-Intensity-Interval-Training (HiiT) program. We implemented our expertise, experience, and knowledge to make this program help you shred fat quickly in a healthy manner. get back to your best shape with our effective training program.
