Did you know we offer the ability for you to host your own PRIVATE EVENT?

Create special memories you will be talking about for a lifetime. The photos you capture will be cherished today and for years to come.

We cater to a variety of clients who have specific needs and desires. Some want to train with our kickboxing instructors privately in a 1on1 environment, others want to train in small groups of 3 or 5 people while others want to blow it out with 20 of their closest friends! Some of the common larger group requests we get are for birthday parties, bridal parties, company team building events, and private parties for families (kids included).

In our private classes, you can request a waiver on our age 13+ requirement, you can also request a custom-designed class plan to cover specific techniques. You can play your own playlist or request the music you want. Classes can be our standard fitness kickboxing class plans or fight club or a combination of both. 

Each event is customized to the audience, we can build a class for beginners as well as experienced kickboxers. We also have loaner gloves available if you want to host a class for your friends who have never strapped on boxing gloves before!

Our studios are closed for Private Fitness Kickboxing classes at specific times during the week. Generally speaking, this is when private sessions may be booked:

• 11:00 am to 2:00 pm most weekdays
• Tuesday evenings in Kent
• Thursday evenings in Federal Way
• Saturday & Sunday afternoons, and evenings at either location.

Prices include the rental of the studio, staff, glove rental (if necessary), and clean-up. For groups larger than 5 people or if you don’t see the exact day & time you want via the online scheduler, please use the form to contact us.
